Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Super slow and seems to freeze a lot!

I purchased affinity photos 2 after the free trial ended. In the trial version, it seemed so comparable to adobe photoshop, but once I made the purchase it has become a liability in regards to time....
