definitely. She did a great job. we talked via email a great deal but when necessary was easy to pick up the phone. I had gotten this travel info from my sister who was very complimentary.
My agent, Jess, was quick to get me the information that I needed to join a group that had booked their trip months ago. Her email response time was exceptional.
