Hi Yllmaz, I want to start by confirming that we’ve refunded you in full including the original processing fee. Given what happened, that was absolutely the right first step. After reviewing your booking, we confirmed that it was properly sent to the operator, but they unfortunately did not enter it into their manifest. While the error occurred on their side, it’s still our responsibility to make sure every reservation is fully confirmed and validated — you should never have been put in this position, especially on such a special occasion. If you’re open to it, I’d like to offer a credit toward a future experience should you ever choose to give us another chance.
