I'm very sorry you've been waiting so long, they normally take 3-5 days in the post. If you can give us a call we'll be able to send you out some more.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the Acorn account, there shouldn't be any issue paying Direct Debits - we certainly don't cancel Direct Debits without customer consent. We also send a free text message if there are insufficient funds in your account the day a Direct Debit is due. We don't have any clearing cycles on a weekend but we do do cashback.
