Poor communicators, not efficient, would not recommend.
Very slow to move things along. I suspect that if I hadn't kept pushing the sale would have been even longer going through. Didn't do the energy report till months AFTER they should have. I would NOT...

Expensive for what they did, poor value for money, limited communication, unimaginative sales photos.
Poor value for money, poor communication both internally within the branch and externally to us, the customer. I will be selling a property myself in the future or using one of the new startup sites....

Severely Disappointed
One agent in the Downham Market (Ian?) was shocking as exchange day approached. Sanity was only saved by the lady in the Hunstanton branch. Sadly, her name us lost.
