The staff was friendly but was not knowledgeable about the area so was not helpful in providing information about places close to the hotel. Our room was not of AAA cleaning standards.

The hotel is in the downtown area and within walking distance and the Funilcular which brings you to the central area. The hotel is old but very clean and our modernized. Would stay there again.

Though this hotel is older and can use updating, the customer service was excellent, the rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. The pick up at the airport was quick and the restaurant was good.
