Hotel staff were difficult to find for check in process. Also was not very pleasant. Morning check out staff also were not pleasant.
Shuttle driver was very nice.
Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport with 24 hour shuttle. Room was very clean and breakfast had lots of choices. I’d definitely stay there again.
Stayed at the Marquis Reforma for a few days while attending a family wedding.
