I can find no record of contact regarding this order. All of our call centre reps can deal with most enquiries such as this, and if contacted at the time would have put a replacement order through. Anything that cannot be handled there is passed through to us at our head office, but we don’t have a “Customer Services” department per se – we’re only a small company. Will YouGarden Ltd
