Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The only criticism is that the wedges could not always be hammered fully in and I had to cut a few of them .However I found that I didnt need to use many so I had a lot left over.

Thanks very much for your feedback. Sorry you had to chop a few dowels up to make it fit. Usually they go together nice and easily, but we were thinking sometimes there may be a hard knot inside the blocx that may stop the dowels from expanding correctly.
