We are sorry for the delay, where we can we do try to inform our customers of delays if possible, although it is not often a next day order is delayed. We do send out 5-7 day emails as a worse case scenario if the item has to come from our external warehouse, but as you say you received it sooner than that, you ordered on the 17th and we dispatched this for you on the 20th. We are lucky you did not need them ASAP!! We are happy to hear both your daughter love the shoes. Thank you for letting us know your feedback.
