The P&P was too much, especially as I had to send back the items twice. I won't be using the firm again. They should have refunded at least part of the postage.

Deliberately sold me the wrong size shoes! That's the last time I bought from them.
The item I ordered came very quick. But it wasn't exactly what I thought it was so I had to send it back and hopefully exchange it for a different cap that I believe I'll be happier with a NY...
