The rug I purchased is excellent quality. The service was great and the rug was delivered when they said it would be. I would recommend the company and certainly would use the them again.
The rug was well packaged. The delivery was delayed because of snow but UPS made a good recovery and the parcel was delivered promptly after the snow cleared.
