The customer service has been excellent, I am not keen to order by post as it costs such a lot in postage and so often you have to return items because of quality or size issues etc. but on this ocassion I did and one was faulty and straight away I was offered free returns which was fine, but if I had not been offered this I would have thought it a very expensive way to buy something and then not keep it. I do like a the look of a lot of your clothes, that draws me back to looking but I still don't like the fact that you can't fit it on or try it first and often it would be at my cost to return something.l

I like the products as they are a little different. Don't see every other person in them. Now I've learnt that I have to order a size up with clothing, I don't usually have to return anything.

I am very pleased with my clothes, the sizes are just right , as i'm a 14 and often find 14s are not generous enough across the chest area but joe you've got it spot on for me. Love my clothes.
