NB: We aim to pay in 3-5 days (working): This doesn't take into account time for customer to pack & post via Post Office plus 2nd Class delivery service (2-3 days).

In our view, customers comments of satisfaction does not reflect 80% (as per Feefo's 5 Star rating system) review. Perhaps the view is that "no one can be 100%".
