Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Glad you had no problems with your booking process. I understand there is not a great lot to do in Cape Verde. This is an up and coming resort, and I am sure in a few years time it will Grow and grow.Definitlely worth a re visit. Lauren Holiday Hypermarket
