Easy to do on line - there was a flight delay on the way back and the communication was a bit dire - you basically were told nothing unless you went to find someone.

Had to contact by phone for something can't remember what now & answered that fine but also had a query with booking summary which showed departure airport as manchester although tickets correctly...
