If it is still in original condition, you can return it to us and we will give you a full refund, including shipping charges. We sell a small range of items that we think are worthwhile, so I am sorry that you were disappointed with the kit.
You ordered this on August 30th, and we shipped it on September 1st, which was the first working day after you placed the order (August 31st was a bank holiday here in the UK). Again, I am sorry that the postal service to Belgium has taken several weeks.
