I had no contact with Grand Illusions except from the bare essentials for ordering and getting confirmation. The product arrived quickly after ordering, and I'm in general pleased with the service...
The product didn't work, but I got good advise to try to make it work and could send it back for a refund. Very good service, sadly the product didn't work.
