I really like the products and the staff are very helpful. Customs destroyed a package of mine, but it was replaced promptly and that meant a lot to me. I think it reflects well on the company.
If the heat of your hands is not quite enough, then holding the discs against the side of a mug of tea or coffee should do the trick. You should not need to use a flame.
