Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you do not think our pricing is clear. We operate a variable pricing policy where price is linked to availability of individual unit size........nothing unusual about that as the world is pretty used to the supply and demand pricing used by airlines for example. When you turned up at very short notice we only had one unit available in the unit size you wanted hence the variation in price. We make it 100% clear on our emailed quotes that pricing is subject to availability. 99% of our customers research online before turning up so they are aware of this and are clear how we charge. We include insurance VAT and the even the padlock in our pricing which no other storage company offers and re the deposit - EVERY storage company charges a deposit which is totally refundable so it does not push the price up.....due it being refundable!
