Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately the registration number plate process does not recognise all cars. Our average call time is 12 minutes, so I am surprised and disappointed it took so long to deal with your policy, I can only apologise. Legal cover is a popular upgrade, we do not have it as standard with our polices, as we try to keep our costs as competitive as possible, as not all customers want Legal cover as standard. Paul
