Hi, Its disappointing to see you have reviewed our service so harshly. If we do not receive payment on due days, both customer and guarantor are made aware as soon as possible. There was and is nothing high pressure about the message its just to let you know where we are up to. Apologies if this caused you any problems. Regarding the monthly statements, we do send annual statements out in the post and you can login to your account for which you are sent a username and password when we pay out your loan and see a month by month statement of your account. We don't send paper monthly statements as this would be a environmental waste of resources when this can all be done electronically through your account on our website.
