Very polite and to the point as time is really limited when working during the week.

My funeral cover was paid within 48hrs .......they why they dd my claim over the fone was excellent..nd still gave me a tombstone benefit I was not aware off

The service is good overall. The only improvement I think the service could use is in respect of cash back for policies which haven’t claimed for years where clients have been loyal and religiously...
