I called in last year asking for the recording where they said I ask for adding of dread deases cause I have never agree to hence my premium increased from 75 to 155

I'very been happy until the month of April. The agreed debit order date is 15th of every month but my account was debited on the 06th April, i had R100 holding my account which led to the debit order...
