Service has been great, i have no complaints and i only contacted 1life once to update my details and everything was great. I just did not receive my updated booklet as promised

By attending to email requests as promptly and efficiently as possible. I have been requesting an electronic policy document for decades and still no sign of it on my emails.

They on updating me on their products and will recomment them to friends.

I'm still awaiting my medicals...the nurse is just not reaching me..though I sent my location continuously. ..thanks Eveline 0784740176
