Thank you for your review - We apologise that you have not found the optimal benefits when taking this product. Please may we recommend this product be taken for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks, however maximum benefits may not be obtained until at least 3 to 4 months of continuous usage. Connor
Magnesium glycinate was not right for me as it gave me diarrhea. However, I may try it again at some point. In the meantime I still use the Magnesium I have always used from Healthspan.
