Hi, are aware some customers have now been experiencing longer than anticipated delivery times even with the publicised COVID 19 related delays of ten working days.Although your parcel has yet to meet that delay length could we ask that if it still has not arrived within 48 hrs ,could you please call our head office on 02895607313 and we can arrange replacements to be sent on an even higher priority tracked service. But we would ask that you please get in touch with our admins at our head office to make the arrangements or request another form of resolution. Not always reliable

I bought this and selected delivery knowing it wouldnt be despatched until they had arrived back from Easter break. Still no liquid arrived and get an email everyday say it's ready for collection...
