Hi, are aware some customers have now been experiencing longer than anticipated delivery times even with the publicised COVID 19 related delays of ten working days.Although your parcel has yet to meet that delay length could we ask that if it still has not arrived within 48 hrs ,could you please call our head office on 02895607313 and we can arrange replacements to be sent on an even higher priority tracked service. But we would ask that you please get in touch with our admins at our head office to make the arrangements or request another form of resolution.Regarding the tracking information I have been informed that Royal Mail are having difficulties updating all tracking information at this time. It may be that whomever you spoke to at the time was unable to verify the tracking. I have since requested this information for you . If it is available I will advise you of any changes directly by email. Thanks for your patience and understanding in these difficult circumstances.
