Hi , Your item was definitely shipped on the day you ordered. We are aware some customers have now been experiencing longer than anticipated delivery times even with the publicised COVID 19 related delays of ten working days. Your parcel has not yet met that criteria of ten working days but I would suggest that if you don't receive it within the next 24 hrs to please contact our area manager Lloyd Blair on 02895607313 and we can make alternate arrangements whether that be a replacement order on a tracked service or if needs be another solution of your preference.
