HI , We can confirm your order was definitely shipped as planned. You will have noticed a disclaimer at the top of our website at the time of ordering that stated Royal Mail deliveries were subject to major delays of up to 10 working days. Most packages have been arriving on either day 8 or 9 out of 10. Could we please ask that you allow another 48 hrs for that delivery to be made, and if by then it has not arrived we can look at another arrangement to resolve your situation ?
