Hi Patricia, We were expecting significant delays to many packages so you may have noticed we posted a warning at the top of our website at the start of April. We were told by Royal Mail that our standard service packages could see delays of up to ten working days. As such could we ask that you allow until 4pm tomorrow afternoon for your package to arrive and if it has still not arrived by then please contact our administrators directly on 02895607313 and we can look at replacing the package on a higher priority service for you. We appreciate your patience up to this point and we know it's frustrating but the Covid 19 pandemic has had a significant negative impact on the UK's postal infrastructure with reduced staff and higher demand for their services occurring at the same time. Hi , We appreciate your frustration.In the first instance however , you misplaced you order as a click and collect order which bares no charge. When you called to pay for the carriage this was after the cut of time for the dispatch that day. I apologise if this was not relayed a the time of paying so we can understand the frustration on the delay. Please understand that our team is doing the very best it can in very difficult circumstances to keep services moving for customers such as yourself and provide as many options and features on the site to try to help people get what they need during what is a very challenging time for everyone. We are doing this with a skeleton crew split between our offices and people working at home with the same challenges and difficulties as everyone else is surely facing. We will continue to monitor feedback like this and and endeavour to make improvements wherever we can and as soon as we can.
