Hi, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed in the shipping time , but since our orders are shipped from Belfast Northern Ireland they do have to cross a few boarders to reach your country and be handed off to local services in Greece in order to be delivered and this is why it can take 10 days to arrive. We appreciate your feedback though and if we can find a faster service for the price we will do so in future. Thanks again.

Hi , You are absolutely right to be frustrated and disappointing considering how much time has passed. If we had been aware before now that the items hadn't arrived we would have addressed this sooner. We are looking into the tracking history now for your order to try to find out what's gone wrong and get this resolved for you as soon as humanly possible. I can only apologize and say that we are doing our best now that we know there's been a problem.
