Hi, as I am sure you are aware the COVID 19 pandemic is affecting most infrastructure at the moment with most businesses working with minimal personal. This includes RoyalMail who are under immense strain at the moment. They have reported delays of up to 10 days. So we expect your package to be with you by Friday afternoon ( 10th April ). If it has not arrived by then for any reason we can arrange a replacement package or refund as per your preference. I ask that you please bare with us and our partners at Royal mail during this difficult time and we appreciate your patience.

Okay.Let us know if you haven't got it by Friday afternoon say 14:00 , and we'll take it from there. We did put warnings on the site about the delays but I think your order went through just a couple days before they notified us of the delays. Apologies we couldn't warn you earlier.
