Thanks again for your order. Sorry about the damage. We send trees wrapped in clear plastic, to allow the couriers to see what’s inside and therefore take greater care when delivering them (in theory!). The tree should be absolutely fine, however it is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee anyway. Will YouGarden Ltd www.yougarden.com
