Order not received until I rang twice, no response to email. Staff attitude rude and nonchalant. This is not the first time the order not received and I will not be using You Garden again.

Disappointed with this - we have not received any email communication about this order. Clearly there was a problem with the first delivery - very sorry about this. I will follow up the comments, however, we have just changed our call centre (service should be greatly improved!), and the staff who will have taken this call no longer work for YouGarden. Excellent packing which was ok in the post. The plants were moist and the condition seemed ok for immediate planting with stabilized planting to avoid movement in wind and rain.
