We package trees in plastic wrap so that the couriers can see that there are live plants inside, and (theoretically!) take more care in handling. We've found that this creates less issues than generic cardboard boxes that occasionally get thrown around. Let us know if the trees don't recover. Will YouGarden Ltd www.yougarden.com
