We regret that this has caused an issue, however we did not receive any delivery instructions until after the order was dispatched. We have emailed directly about this. We quote we'll normally send orders WITHIN 7-10 days. Understandably we always try to dispatch orders as soon as possible unless we receive instructions not to - it's not often that fast delivery is a problem for a customer.
