This is the absolute opposite of the way the initial complaint should have been handled, and we are deeply regretful that the customer's call was handled so poorly. We do pride ourselves on our service, and whilst I am confident that this was an isolated incident, this by no means excuses it. A full refund for the palm tree was given shortly after the initial complaint. I have emailed the customer directly with an apology for the sub-standard service and will actively investigate this issue. Will YouGarden Ltd
