Thank you for your feedback regarding the new Pre-Paid returns label. We have changed couriers to Hermes and we now offer a Pre-Paid label which enables the customer to take the return parcel to their local Hermes Shop. When placing the order our Advisors will offer the Pre-Paid label and will also advise the customers their nearest shop to take the parcel too. The courier will not collect the parcel unless you arrange this with them via their website.
