Nice jumper appalling delivery service

Unfortunately Woolovers now use hermes to deliver their products. Hermes in my area is awful, the courier is rude, objectionable and given to dumping my orders anywhere in a five mile radius of my...

I do not want to return the cardigan I merely wanted to convey my opinion that the quality is not as high as it was as when I first bought this cardigan. A year or so ago I also bought this cardigan in rose and felt then that the quality was not as good. I absolutely loved my old navy cardigan and if you could see it and feel it you would know what I mean. Thanks

We have updated the style of the buttons and we are sorry that the design is not to your taste. If you have not worn the cardigan, please return the item to us for a refund or exchange. If returning the item, we will check the quality as this may be an odd occasional garment that has slipped through our quality control process.
