We do try our best to ensure that the right size is selected when customers create their order with us. We provide sizing charts for all items online (which include the garment width, height and sleeve length) and we have implemented a new system to our website that does warn customers when they are looking at unisex sized items. We are currently in the process of phasing out all of our unisex sizing and introducing just Mens and Womens sizes from November of this year through to February of next year. Thank you for your feedback with regard to the colour representation online. This can always vary and a 100% match is not always guaranteed. We try very hard to match the colours to the actual garments, but unfortunately due to the lighting/photography when it goes online it is very difficult and is not always possible to achieve this. Pixelated colours also can be different from yarn colours and different screens do also have an impact on what colour is seen. Discussions with our photographers/web design team are always ongoing in trying to improve the quality of the colours displayed. If you are not fully satisfied, you are more than welcome to return the item under our "no quibbles" guarantee and we will be happy to process that for you!
