Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns as this would mean an increase in pricing of garments- which is something we want to avoid.We do offer a Hermes prepaid label of which you can by for £1.50 at the time of purchasing your garments. This is a cheaper alternative than most and is valid for 3 months from time of purchase. If you do not wish to purchase a prepaid returns label then you can use the post office for returns. Only sale items have a short time of 14 days to return; all other items have 3 month return policy. Unisex items are really designed for men being very long in the arm and body and not suitable for ladies at all so do beware when ordering.
