Thanks for the reply. I have changed my rating because the jumper ended up fitting me after it was washed and it is great. Was going to order her another one but a bigger size just incase it shrunk again but she said it’s ok. She usually hand washes wool items and lay it flat to dry. She says not to worry about taking further action, she’s happy for me to have it.
