The company had an excellent website and the choice seemed quite good. I was looking for larger sized shirts (22" collar +) and the choices appeared quite good in their own "Woods of Shropshire"...
Not happy that goods were damaged when received and I do not get refunded the postage charges

Sorry you were not happy with the tie - we will though always send out a replacement for any reason if you had wished , we did though as per your request credit for the value of the tie. In line with the rest of the industry we do not credit for carriage but you hopefully will have appreciated that we do allow all goods to be returned to us free of charge using the freepost label.

Sorry for the problem that you had with the appearance of this tie - it is sometimes difficult to replicate colours accurately on line especially as monitor settings vary from customer to customer. We did though have a similar comment from another customer on that day and agreed that the colour did not look close enough - we thus re photoraphed the tie and put the more accurate image on , this is what you saw second time round. Sorry for any inconveneience caused and if you wish please return it to us for credit.
