WoodBlocX Reviews

Hello! Thank you very much for the feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were having problems with the build process. We have checked the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of the order and can confirm the PDF build instructions were included. The liner provided is a universal size which is to be cut to length in order to fit the pond purchased by the customer. Cutting the liner to the correct length will minimize any bunching described. If you require a new liner or any additional dowels or blocks, please send some photographs of the problem to us at admin@woodblocx.co.uk and we will be happy to send you replacements.
