We advise that dates on the website are approximate, as we use an external courier, which can sometimes cause delays. We are working with them to improve this service. We really appreciate your constructive feedback too: The ground spike layout is designed to give full stability, but we’ll share your note about the symmetry with our design team. It’s normal to receive a few extra dowels and protectors, but we take your point — we’ll look at making this clearer in the instructions. Great suggestion on liner fitting advice.
