The timber is freshly pressure-treated to help ensure long-term durability, which can mean it arrives looking damp or green on the pallet. This can also lead to slight natural movement in the wood, which may explain the small size variations you noticed once assembled. That said, we appreciate your comments about consistency between blocks and the missing finishing screws. You should receive a complete fixings pack with every order, so we’re sorry these were not all included. If you can contact our team with your order details, we’ll arrange to send out the missing screws straight away. We’re glad to hear the finished result looks ok overall, and we’d like to help improve that experience further if you give us the chance.
