Hi, thank you for your review, and we're really glad to hear you and your vehicle are safe — that does sound like a stressful experience on the motorway. Wiper blades need to be securely fitted to the arm connector to operate safely; if not installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, they will not work as intended. Rather than a return, we'd be happy to send you a brand-new replacement free of charge, along with detailed installation instructions to ensure it's fitted correctly and safely.
