How do we deal with fake reviews?

Indicated Delivery Date is erroneous.

I would have rated them higher, but for the issue of different delivery dates when I ordered the wipers. Right up to the point of ordering them the indicated delivery date if I purchased before 12pm...

Hi Gary,

Sorry for any confusion regarding the estimated delivery date. We certainly need to get better at adjusting the date displayed on our site to account for public holidays.

Regarding your blades, despite the public holidays, delivery was first attempted on Saturday the 31st of March. Which was within 2 business days of the day your order was placed. We do try to get our shipments out to our customers as fast as possible.
