Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

It was good to talk to you over the phone a moment ago, the dates on our website are estimated delivery dates.

Our shipments are generally pretty fast, and if it takes more than the estimated 6 business days to reach you we are happy to wear this.
